We're thrilled to share that AVIR was recently spotlighted on Wisdom Audio's Instagram for our exceptional home theater installation in Palm Desert, CA. This project showcases our dedication to delivering high-quality, immersive audio-visual experiences for our clients.
The Installation Breakdown:
Our client in Palm Desert had a vision of transforming their space into a cutting-edge Dolby Atmos theater, perfect for watching movies and concerts. To achieve this, we integrated Wisdom Audio's top-tier products, known for their impeccable sound quality and performance.
Speaker Configuration:
We utilized the Sage Cinema Series Line 2 for the LCR (Left, Center, Right) and side surround channels, ensuring powerful and clear audio across the main listening area. The rear and Atmos channels feature the Sage Series ICS7a, providing an immersive overhead sound experience.
Subwoofers:
To handle the low frequencies, we opted for JL Audio subwoofers. These subwoofers are renowned for delivering deep, consistent bass without sounding bloated, ensuring an even distribution of sound throughout the room.
Amplification:
The sound system is powered by Wisdom's SA-2 and SA-3 amplifiers, offering robust and precise amplification to drive the speakers efficiently.
Processing:
At the heart of the system is the StormAudio FR Evo ISP, a state-of-the-art surround processor that brings the audio experience together seamlessly, handling Dolby Atmos and other advanced audio formats with ease.
Visuals:
For the visual component, a Sony projector paired with a Screen Innovations woven screen ensures that the picture quality matches the audio excellence, delivering crisp, vibrant images.
One of the highlights of this installation was the meticulous calibration performed by Chris Neumann from Wisdom Audio. Utilizing StormAudio's processing capabilities and Smaart V8 from Rational Acoustics along with Earthworks Audio microphones, Chris ensured that the audio performance was perfectly tuned to the room's acoustics. This precise calibration guarantees that the client enjoys an unparalleled listening experience, whether watching the latest blockbuster or their favorite concert.
This project was a true collaboration between AVIR and Wisdom Audio, showcasing the best in home theater technology and installation expertise. Our team's dedication to detail and excellence ensured that every component was optimally placed and calibrated, providing a stunning audiovisual experience that exceeds expectations.
The final result? A home theater that combines high-performance audio and visuals with the comfort and luxury of a private cinema. Our client is now ready to enjoy their favorite movies and concerts in a setting that rivals any commercial theater.
