At this year’s CEDIA Expo 2024, Sonance has introduced a refined selection of updates and new products that reflect their ongoing dedication to high-quality architectural audio solutions. The company’s latest offerings span both their Small Aperture and Visual Experience (VX) Series, each embodying a blend of performance and sophisticated design.
Expanding the Small Aperture Series
Sonance has expanded its Small Aperture Series with the introduction of the Sonance SA4-66 and James SA68 models. These additions continue the series' reputation for integrating high performance with discreet aesthetics. The SA4-66 model provides a more accessible option for those seeking the Small Aperture experience, while the James SA68 upholds the established standards of excellence. According to Todd Ryan, Chief Speaker Engineer at Sonance, these new models not only enhance the series but also introduce a new level of audio performance.
Enhancements to the Visual Experience Series
The Visual Experience Series has also seen significant updates with the addition of several new models, including the VX46R SST, VX62R SST, VX66R SST, VX86R SST, and VX66 SST. These new entries include Single Stereo Technology (SST) models designed for spaces where traditional stereo channel placement is limited, and Left-Center-Right (LCR) models intended to enhance front-channel audio for TV and surround sound systems. Skylar Gray, Director of Product Management at Sonance, notes that these updates continue to uphold the series' commitment to blending high-performance audio with unobtrusive design.
A Broad Spectrum of Innovations
Sonance’s presence at CEDIA Expo extends beyond these series with a host of other notable releases. Among them is the redesigned Mariner MX outdoor speaker series, which incorporates Sinusoidal Textured Waveguide Technology for improved sound dispersion, alongside an enhanced grille clip system for a streamlined installation process. Additionally, the new models for the James SPL Soundbar Series now feature Quadratech Tweeter Technology, further refining their audio performance.
